It seems that somewhere in the latest updates something got messed up. The first clue is missing excerpts in the news feed. I’m not sure if it is the theme, incompatible plugins, or what. I was using a plugin that gave the classic editor that allowed easy editing and formatting with the usual settings up front in view. I’m not sure why it was discontinued as it allowed faster post and page creation….at least for the way I post (which is probably is part of this problem!).
Another clue is that I’m not able to edit posts created with the classic editor. The fonts and formatting on this post are definitely not the same as what you’re used to seeing. I miss full justification of paragraphs! To me, it just looks cleaner. I haven’t seen any Gutenberg Blocks supporting full justification so far.
I see a theme update, let’s install it and see what happens……. As in the movie, “Ah’ll be Bach“!
