The site changes seem to have migrated across the Internet. There are still some background things needing attention, but I can say progress is being made. This host is definitely faster than the previous! Strangely enough there are some unexpected things that work differently between the two installations that are probably related to the improved updated software on this host.
Just to note that I use Firefox as my main browser.
However…….Microsoft Edge seems to have yet another problem! The posts simply do not render even close to how they do on other browsers! Time to see if it is a hiccup with HybridMag, possibly connected to some new feature. Edge shows the first, main page fine, but all posts are scrambled, and locked in a weird scroll from post to post. I’m guessing it really due to some caching incompatibilities on this server. Time to deactivate plugins until the culprit is found. I’m sure it isn’t a bug with HybridMag, just some unexpected interaction.
The new host has a lot of features that speed up loading times that most likely leads Edge to have a mental breakdown.
I’ll post updates as significant events unfold in this odyssey!
